

After that, you allow Hangouts to dial into the UberConference number for your call and as others join, their icons will appear in the sidebar. If you don’t have an UberConference account yet, the app will automatically create one for you on the fly. While Google restricts your calls to 10 participants in the video chat, UberConference allows you to add up to 100 people by phone (for users on paid plans). Once you have installed the UberConference app in Hangouts, people can join your call via phone with the help of a dedicated number. Enter the area code you wish to use and click search. This is the number people will dial to get into your conference you may wish to use a local area code, but the area code you enter doesn’t truly matter. Now you need to choose a phone number for your account. Attach your phone number for when you call in to the conference. This will be the link people will use to see your shared screen. Once you are logged in, you will see a page like the one below. If you selected "sign up with office 365" you will need to click Accept to give UberConference permission.Ĥ.

Sign in with your email and password OR sign up with Office 365 so that your login info stays the same as your other accounts.ģ.
